Should I stay or Should I go…answers to the question of whether you should renovate your home or sell your house!?

During questionable economic times people may wonder what they should do with their homes. There are a lot of things to consider, For example: is your house accommodating your current needs. Do you have enough space for a growing family? If you have children in school and extra curricular activities, is your home convenient to all locations? What is your commuting time to work? Has your job status or income changed? Does it make sense to keep your house and possibly rent it as secondary income? Are there repairs that must be done to give you a more sellable product?
